thats nice to have launched unlimited plan. around i yr back i,d bought one photon + modem for rupees 3500/= from dehradun with day (2gb), and night (10gb) plan, charges-950rs. the was unable to give me the details of day & night data usage separately so it could have been easy for me to keep track of the data usage. i wrote 3-4 times to the zonal manager(like that) with detailed explanation. once i gave an application( before 27th date in advance )to the customer care centre near survey chowk to change my plan to rs 1100, but the plan was changed after next next month.
finally i got fed up with the company and its policies and kept the modem aside. till now the could have sent me the bill of thousands but i am least bothered.
happily, tomorrow i am going to but mts broadbond modem. infact a am getting the freedom to choose photon+ or mts broadband modem in reduced price with hcl laptop.
i hope the company should take care not to finger its customers in any form because because running a business is not one-day game.

I bought acer yesterday. I got one TATA photon+ at Rs.750 with Acer Laptop.
And they said worth upto 2500 usage free for next 5 months. It is there on Laptop box and also came day before yesterday news paper. But nobody ready to give 2500 free for next 5 months. I spoke to tata Cust.care/dealer/acer CC. no one is clear about this offer, TATA/ACER business sucks at service.
