I am using the same phone, I dont believe balckberry can also release these kind of phone in India, without verifying its functioning in India, It wont work with GPRS. and not get connect with BBM. it carrier is verizon the worst service not based even in India.

this the first of the kind screen touch i have ever seen… and the worst…. tis Blackberry Storm 9530 has manual screen touch which we have to press and it makes noise eachtime we press it and its all shakey… i dont bellive Blackberry can launch such a worst product… i purchased it from net thinking its Blackberry product so it must be good… but its te worst screen touch i have ever seen… its a shame… i want my money back i have been chetted…

Blackberry Storm 9530 GPRS and Internret in India is not being supported Idea vodaphone and other co.providing 1GB in 98Rs.and bleckberry cost Rs399 for one month but network of verizone is very poor in india need improvment to locate custmer location is very important otherwise there is no use of blackbberry any modle being useful in india how far it may be design and improved 3G or 4G no use
Blackberry Storm 9530 is an outdated phone and blackberry has stopped manufacturing the same since 2009 . no wi fi , outdated 3mp camera, and a poor touch screen experience,
I bought this mobile from naaptol an online site !very bad service ! battery died within a month of use ! phone gets very very hot within a few minutes of use . the replacement battery is very very costly .
not worth it ! naaptol has poor service too !
lesson learned: 1. do not buy online.
2. keep away from discount sales on outdated products.
