The giant Hyundai has recently released its new addition in the line-up of Hyundai Verna. In The 25 June they launched the most awaited sedan car Hyundai Verna Transform in the Indian market. It is manly the upgrade version of previous mid level sedan car Hyundai Verna. It s interior remain same as before the Hyundai Verna, but there is a huge cosmetic change in its visual manifestation.
Hyundai Verna is now presented with both diesel and petrol engine options along with five variants. In these five variants, two of them are filled with the petrol engine along with rest three variants that are motorized by the diesel as well. Hyundai Verna Transform is motorized by a VTVT petrol engine of 1.6L, 1599cc that enables the high performance of the engine along with low energy utilization and low NVH as well. For the city the mileage of this engine is 10.2kmpl and for the highway its 148kmpl. Then again, the rest three are powered by a CRDi VGT engine of 1.5L, 1493cc that amplify the turbocharger efficiency and a decent engine operation with high speeding up. For the urban area it offers 12.6kmpl mileage and for the highway it offers 16.8kmpl mileage. Automatic transmission options are now available in Hyundai Verna Transform with same diesel engine.
The engine of Hyundai Verna that is powered by the petrol produces 103.2PS at 5500 rpm along with a torque of 14.9kgm at 3000 rpm. The maximum speed of Hyundai Verna is about 195kmph. Then again the engine of Hyundai Verna Transform offers 110PS at 4000 rpm along with a maximum 24kgm torque at 2000-2750rpm. The engine of the Hyundai Verna Transform is provided with the 5 manual transmissions that enable the car to cross the mark of 100kmph within 11.2 seconds. Though the acceleration of the automatic transmission is a little bit lower, but it posses the top position among other cars in this segment. The engine for the automatic transmission is the diesel engine like as Hyundai Verna Transform along with a four automatic transmission. This enables the car to cross the mark of 100kmph within 14.10 seconds along with a top speed of 183kmph. That’s really amazing!
