I have been approched your Chichwad Gaon Exchange with duly filled Form since 23-May-2011. With great regret I have to express my grevences :
1) My request for broadband is un attended with a remark ” Voltage in your erea is very poor”
2) There is no connection nearby our building

Fact :
I am resideing at S-20 Kakade Park. My neigher Flat No. 19 got Broadbant line and Flat No.21 also got Broad Bant connection and lot many in the same flat are having similar connection. I have explained all these to your officers over their. Still they are admend to give proper answer. In short they are insisting for taking priviate comapny’s connection.

Pl consider this is a complaint and arrange to responde.

according to bsnl website home ul 750 plan gives 512 kbps unlimited bandwidth and ul 1350 gives 4 mbps bandwidth until 20 gb.then why r u keep saying that ul 750 gives only 256 kbps bandwidth and ul 1350 gives 512 kbps bandwidth unlimited.
